The Logan Inn is located in the heart of New Hope, PA. It is one of the oldest continuing operating inns, which can be traced back to being built in 1722 and becoming an inn at 1727. Landmark purchased this 11,000 SF property and received the approvals to renovate the existing structure, remove the porches (that were not historic), restructured the site line, and added a 33,000 SF addition which included 22 rooms (totaling 38), an event space, 400 seat restaurant, a whiskey lounge, main bar, movie theatre, and a two story lobby. The property continues to act as the hub for the community and has opened the doors for 2 projects for us in New Hope.
