Expansion
where we want to expand to
As we continue to grow beyond our existing geographical area, it’s important to us that the opportunity be multi-faceted, with the ability for high revenue to support a self-sustaining team within the spaces.
We are looking to expand into our local markets of Northern & Central New Jersey, Bucks County, and Philadelphia. Our preference is getaway towns, near to prominent gateway cities. In those towns, our properties are either the center of town or located just outside of town, usually on 10 acres or more.
Properties we like are always unique and create the back story to what we create.
Areas we are looking to expand to (but not limited to) are:
Newport, Rhode Island
New England Waterfront
inland towns
Westchester County, NY
Hudson Valley, NY
Long Island Waterfront
Charleston, South Carolina
Connecticut Waterfront
South Florida
Bahama Islands
Currently, we have a strong presence in Northern and Western New Jersey, as well as the popular getaway town: New Hope, PA. The depth of our management infrastructure is not only geared towards servicing & sustaining the properties we have, but has prepared us to grow into other cities and their neighboring towns.
We’ve also had the honor of working with local municipalities to restore their historic structures to their original glory, bringing new life into neighborhoods, while putting properties back on the tax rolls.
what properties we like
We currently have over 19 active venues, with a wide array of industry recognized hospitality outlets. These include luxurious wedding, corporate and social event spaces, as well as boutique hotels, bars, lounges, spas, rooftops, and award winning restaurants.
We also purchase existing operating properties with management in place. These properties usually have upside potential for expansion or the inclusion of additional profit centers.
We are experts at all aspects of food & beverage, and have acquired difficult food & beverage-heavy hotel assets.
We’ve purchased historic buildings and repurposed into hospitality assets. Adaptive reuse of churches, industrial sites, and historic estates are all part of our history and we welcome more opportunities in the same vein.
